I can not exactly remember the name of this service provider but What I found in 9th education and Carrier Fair in BhrikutiMandap was that some new ISP in Nepal offered 256 unlimited wifi for just Nepali Rupees 1000.
At the current moment unlimited wireless of 128 of world link is priced 1000 exculding V.A.T
So this is really very cheap price as this is including V.A.T
