The price of Iphone 4 in Nepal is approximately(I dont remember exactly) 64000 Nepalese Rupees in Nepal according to priceNepal.com and this is equivalent to 900$ but when I recently searched for the unlocked phone price in the WWW then I found that it was just 700$ then I realized the tech gadgets are really expensive in Nepal.
